About AGNDA — Founded by Ray Burnett — Based in Phoenix, AZ

A partner, not an invoice. About AGNDA, a Phoenix-based marketing agency for local businesses

After more than 10 years in marketing and SEO, Ray kept seeing the same thing: a client signs, makes the payment, and turns into a monthly invoice. AGNDA was built to do the opposite, and to stay with every client from the first call to the results.

I've seen how most marketing companies treat clients. I built AGNDA to fix it.

I've spent more than 10 years in marketing and SEO, working with companies like GoDaddy and Bluehost and inside a mid-sized marketing agency. I've managed large projects with multiple partners, and I've handled everything myself, from strategy to design to the final build.

Across all of it, I kept seeing the same thing. A business owner signs on, makes the payment, and from that point on they're a monthly invoice. Reports get sent, but nobody really owns the result. I hated watching that happen to people who were trusting us with their business.

So I started AGNDA with one purpose: to partner with my clients and see them succeed from start to finish. The process is important, but the results matter most. That's why every client gets a monthly recap with me, why none of the work is outsourced, and why we choose quality over quantity every time.

"Your business shouldn't be a line on someone's invoice. It should be the reason they show up to work."

How we work with every client.

These aren't slogans. They're the rules AGNDA runs on, and you can hold us to every one of them.

Partners from start to finish

We're involved from the first strategy call to the results, not just until the contract is signed.

Results over activity

The process matters, but results matter most. We measure success by calls, leads and growth, not by how busy we look.

Monthly recaps, every month

You'll sit down with Ray each month to go over what we did, what it produced and what comes next.

Nothing is outsourced

The work on your account is done by AGNDA. It isn't handed off to a freelancer or an overseas team.

Quality over quantity

We keep our client list small on purpose, so every account gets real attention.

Never your competitors

We don't take on businesses that compete with yours. When we work for you, we're on your team only.
